Registration runs through a reviewed application: pending review → approved / rejected, with suspension and archiving where governance requires it. No fees or extra conditions apply unless LCDI approves and publishes them.
Step 1: Submit your application
Only the details LCDI genuinely needs: name, phone, community, and optional email.
Step 2: Verification
Email or telephone verification applies once the method is configured in Phase 3.
Step 3: Administrative review
Authorised administrators approve or decline. Every decision is audit-logged.
Step 4: Member access
Approved members receive a secure account, dashboard, and digital membership card.
Duplicate-account protection, verification delivery, and status notifications activate with the Phase 2/3 database and communications modules.
